Originally based on the Commander's Quarters Bolas the Ravager budget deck, but over time I have changed it quite a bit. Basically with this deck you blink your own creatures to not only make opponents discard, but also set yourself ahead in order to take complete control of the game. This deck can be absolutely brutal to play against and has won via opponents surrendering more often than not. Win cons are ramping damage from discard/hitting the graveyard affects, Bolas's planes walker ult, milling with Whispering Madness, or just straight up demoralizing the table.
