I really love the vehicles in mtg and wanted to make another deck with them. I think some of the things I need help with are finding a solid win condition, more consistent card draw, and actually using the vehicles (I think this part might just be because I've been playing practice hands with no one to attack). Any help would be appreciated and this is a budget deck because I am a poor college student and can't spend much on my decks so budget suggestions would be appreciated.
