Deck focused around the new Mutate mechanic. The win conditions are to eventually pump out a huge board state. Auspicious Starrix is the card of the hour! With the help of Alpha Authority, you have the potential to create large stacks of mutate creatures!

Surgeon General Commander is now a sideboard card. It is banned in all formats but is a fun card to include. Modern legal, with the change to be standard legal with some tweaks.

Bit the bullet and Removed Surgeon General Command — June 7, 2020

As the title says, I moved Surgeon General Commander to the maybe board, but I also added some anti removal enchantments since removal and Oko, Thief of Crowns were hard counters to the deck. Since Auspicious Starrix allows permanents to enter the battlefield, Enchantments and Artifacts also work this way, and according to this , I get to choose what the enchantments attach to.
