This deck is trying to mill its opponents with Drowned Secrets and Psychic Corrosion with carddraw and casting spells. The Murmuring Mystic  is supposed to give it some endurance and the Wall of Lost Thoughts is basically a cheap blocker doing that also mills a bit. Thought Collapse can stall by countering and also mill a bit and when I get the city's blessing, a well-timed Expel from Orazca , right before I draw a card, is basically a removal spell with a short stop on top of my opponents library.

I edited this deck a bit: I've seen Primal Amulet   beeing quite powerful in a similar deck, especially when combined with Nexus of Fate . Thought Collapse and Wall of Lost Thoughts replaced Sinister Sabotage and Wall of Mist . Discovery / Dispersal was added to go through the deck faster and find the enchantments.

Warrant / Warden (the Warrant half) might replace Expel from Orazca after the next rotation.
