The idea behind this deck is to show how blue is the color that can do everything. Destroy a creature for one mana? Done. Exile creatures? Plenty of ways to do that. Board wipes? No problem. Efficient ramp? Of course. Value creatures? Got that. Big monsters? Got them too. Card draw? Counterspells? ... Do you have to ask?

This is also a budget-friendly build. Probably could do even more if I didn't care about the price tag.
