I wasn't too fond of Gruul werewolves in Midnight hunt or the Selesnya humans we've gotten in Crimson Vow. Put that on top of the fact that I'm always looking for more ways to use Teleportation Circle to it's fullest ability, and I came up with the idea for this deck. Crimson Vow's Wolves/Werewolves have some fairly nice ETB effects, with Tovolar's Huntmaster   being the most notable one from Midnight Hunt. Meaning that, along with other cards that have nice ETB or LTB effects, every creature in this deck is meant to synergize with Circle.
