Utilise Blim, Comedic Genius and give your opponents cards that will harm their gameplay. the main way to win is to give opponents cards like Immortal Coil or Demonic Pact . these cards can force your opponents to lose the game. This deck is also partially political because you can make deals with player to decide who you give permanents to. several cards like Blood Mist and Fireshrieker give Blim double strike. double strike will make his ability trigger twice allowing you to get double value. I put Strionic Resonator in for the same reason as the double strike cards, to trigger Blim's ability again.

This deck still needs some work and feedback would be appreciated.
