Casual Blim, Comedic Genius commander deck. Hard to get more jank than cramming as many cards that say "You lose the game" into one deck and using them as win conditions. This deck contains cards that make you lose, cards that let you search for cards that make you lose, and that's about it.

But there is enough removal, lockdown (eg Ward of Bones and Silent Arbiter), and Insurance (Despotic Scepter and Platinum Angel) so at least be a little bit reasonable in actual play.

Give everyone the gifts they never asked for. The gives they didn't even know they wanted. The gifts they'll treasure for the rest of their lives.
