I saw Soraya the Falconer on Gatherer, and wanted to make BIRDY TRIBALNOTE: This only works because Soraya received a Gatherer Errata which makes her give all BIRDS +1/+1, and almost all falcons are now birds instead as well.

She's an entertaining commander to run because she abuses Banding, an ancient mechanic which essentially lets me dictate all damage/blocks involved in a given combat. Fun!

The core concept of the deck is to roll with the White Weenie archetype, except everything's got flying and barely any tokens get involved. Ideally we win with unblockable combat damage (thanks, wings!). If we can't do that the deck probably loses.... therefore it's very casual.
