This deck has the intent to set up a few engines, all revolving around Chasm Skulker, which gets more powerful whenever you draw.

Elite Arcanist Engine

Elite Arcanist allows for you to exile and reuse an instant card. The best option is to use this to exile Cerulean Wisps, which essentially gives the Arcanist the ability : Draw a card. You could also use the Arcanist to exile Counterspell for infinite counterspells.

Cold-Eyed Selkie Engine

Cold-Eyed Selkie allows for you to draw cards whenever it deals damage to an opponent. If you put counters on it using Bioshift (which you can easily produce with Chasm Skulker or Benthic Biomancer), it will allow for you to deal much more damage and draw many more cards, buffing your Chasm Skulker. Spreading Seas makes your Cold-Eyed Selkie and the squids produced by Chasm Skulker unblockable.

In addition, this deck has one almost infinite combo. Play Wizard Class and get it to level three. With a Benthic Biomancer on the board, you can put as many +1/+1 counters on the Benthic Biomancer and draw and discard as many cards are in your deck.
