Combo decks are supposed to have breakfast item names - in that case, this is a cigarette and cup of black coffee variant of a combo deck. As in it's not good but hey, it's what some people need. It's cheaper than real Legacy decks, so that counts as budget right?

The deck smashes together two wincons in the Witherbloom+Chain of Smog and Dauthi Voidwalker+Helm of Obedience combos - the cigarette and coffee, respectively.

Land Grant acts as a land slot that can fix colours. Some discard and removal round out the deck
