Primary Win-Cons:

First you need to make infinite mana with either Basalt Monolith , Grim Monolith , or Mana Vault enchanted with Power Artifact . Power artifact reduces the cost of of an activated ability by 2. So now you can untap your Grim Monolith for 2 instead of 4. Now you have infinite mana.

What do you do with infinite mana??? You have 2 ways of winning once you have gone infinte with mana.

First way is you can use Urza's 5 cost ability until you find Laboratory Maniac and play it. Then find a Brainstorm and set it to the side. Then use Urza's Ability until you have no cards left in library. Then cast brainstorm and you win.

Second way is to Find Isochron Scepter , Paradox Engine , Aetherflux Reservoir , and any 2 cost or less spell. Then you have infinite spell casts and infinite life gain to blast your opponent with damage from Aetherflux.

There is also a possible turn one win in here. You need you to have Mox Diamond , Mox Opal , Grim Monolith , Island , Lotus Petal , Power Artifact , Ancient Tomb , and you need to draw Voltaic Key . Play Ancient Tomb, Mox Diamomd(discarding an island), Opal, and Lotus Petal. Now tap Ancient Tomb for Grim Monolith. Tap Opal and Diamond for and enchant Grim with Power Artifact. Now you have infinite mana. Create 1,000 mana and play voltaic key and untapping and Diamond. Then tap Opal and Diamond for and use 2 of your 1,000 mana to cast Urza, Lord High Artificer and use his 5 ability until you have no cards left then play for free Laboratory Maniac and Brainstorm .
