Beautiful Additions —Feb. 27, 2021
The year of 2020 was full of some great magic sets and just enough cards to make their way into this list. Of note, were some shifting ideas that really directed Brudy into a polymorph deck.
By adding Polymorph and the like we can consistently dive into our biggest and best ways of terrorizing our opponents. We have also gained one of my new favorite copies to ever be released - Mystic Reflection.
With the release of Sharknado, we have a very versatile way of shrinking our enemies commanders or even expanding our board into chaos. Enchanting a Pathrazer with an Elemental Mastery, only to respond with a Sharknado creates nine more for a mere . Amazing.
Moving forward, I'm most excited to find replacements for the following:
With the creature count dropping to single digits, Sneaky Sneak just doesn't cut it. It still works when you have something in hand, but those odds dwindle uncomfortably low. I would consider another polymorph effect as replacement which there are a number to still choose from.
As for Bloomy, I just don't like the suspend. I don't want to have to wait three turns. If I ran the academy I would push far fonder thoughts in its direction.
