A deck meant to use Varina to both fill the graveyard and gain life, and combine it with lich's mastery for a trip to value town. First deck I've built. Budget list for sure. Risky, but full of flavor. Desgined to make the player feel like a lich. Definitely still working on this. Any tips? Still looking to remain around the same pricerange.
