A handful of friends and I are creating $60 budget decks using the original Elder Dragons. This deck features Arcades Sabboth as it's commander but rather than focusing on his +0/+2 ability, I've opted to go for a enchantment pillow fort style strategy. The Deck functions as an attrition style deck with the only real win con being Opalescence but you can typically make yourself a non-viable target because of how much mana it costs to attack you from cards like Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, and Sphere of Safety. On a side note if your opponent doesn't have a flyer you can put them on a 3 turn clock with your commander.
