Hexproof is incredibly difficult to deal with in pauper.

Like all voltron decks, this is designed to cast the commander quickly, suit her up, and then punch the opponent until they die. While the speed and damage of the deck have gotten it plenty of wins, it does have a few glaring weaknesses;

  1. Chump blockers: There's a limited number of cards that can provide trample or evasion in pauper. I've had many games where it came down to drawing trample on time. While I've added more to mitigate this, it's still an issue to keep in mind. Think carefully about when to use your trample tricks.

  2. Edict/sacrifice effects: while these are less frequent in pauper EDH than 60-card pauper, they can still wreck your deck and gameplan. If you see someone with Fleshbag Marauder as their commander, you will need to play very carefully to stand a chance of winning. The deck does include utility creatures and some token creation to mitigate this, but it always remains a threat.

  3. Politics: As with all voltron decks, this suffers greatly when you need to kill more than one person. Without the guaranteed speed of a single target, the game can draw out and mitigate your main advantage; speed. Politics and vigilance can only take you so far, and so this deck may not be worth it if your playgroup mostly plays multiplayer.
