Baral, counterspell tribal, the boringest Bluest shit to grace the face of .decs, but you know what as a blue player I love it. I mean you can swap Jace, Vryn's Prodigy   or Talrand, Sky Summoner into the Commander slot and still basically be the same but Baral is the best one in this iteration of Blue Deck Slow.
