An all-in infinite combo standard deck. The main combo pieces are Faeburrow Elder or an adapted Incubation Druid with Gauntlets of Light and Biomancer's Familiar . Your wincon is a huge Finale of Devastation with Spectral Sailor and Hydroid Krasis being a way to draw your entire deck. Hydroid also doubles as a great target to get using a finale with x>10, since it will survive thanks to the +x/+x buff from the finale and the trample is important in making it impossible to chump. Finale can also be used to fetch a biomancer's familiar in case you need just that to complete the combo. Tamiyo, Collector of Tales and Shimmer of Possibility help you fish for any of the combo pieces.

Sideboard is definitely not refined. Kenrith as another infinite blue/green mana outlet though he can't give haste in this version of the deck, Jace as a way to fight mill or to mill yourself if combat becomes impossible, negates for protection and the rest for hate or removal seemed to make sense.
