Bant Approach deck based on Jim Davis' list.

Bant turbofog is too damn expensive with Karn and NoF

Play this soon-to-be-dead deck instead!

This may look like a control deck, but in actuality it's more of a ramp deck. Ideally you want to ramp on turn 3 with either Spring // Mind or Gift of Paradise; then hit a land on turn 4 to play a myriad of 5 mana spells, most important being Hour of Promise. Teferi and Fumigate are also strong, but Hour is ideal. After this, the game plan turns to tap out control with Ixalan binding and Fumigate.

Eventually you will draw and cast Approach. This deck is tuned to be able to quickly burn through cards off the library thanks to Ipnu Rivulet. We can also draw with Arch of Orazca, a flipped Azcanta or Mind out of the graveyard.
