What is an azorious mage's favorite thing to do? Counter spells and deny their opponents things. So why not take it to the next level. Instead of countering those spells turn after turn why not just exile them forever? This is a deck that is just for shits and giggles. I do not expect it to win, but I just think it would be funny for an opponent to have a full hand and not be able to play any of it.

How to put cards onto the banned list: Ixalan's Binding, Test of Talents, Ashiok's Erasure, Failure / Comply

Control: Fumigate, and Doomskar

The Celestus helps with ramp and sorting through the deck. Midnight Clock helps ramp and reloading the hand later in the game once you've gassed out.

Approach of the Second Sun is the only real win condition. The deck is loaded ways to sift/draw through the deck quickly. Although with Midnight Clock the opponent will deck themselves before you do every time.

Authority of the Consuls + Renewed Faith against aggro hasty decks

Test of Talents against combo/ spell slingers. Sub out the board wipes and add others
