This is a Commander/EDH deck featuring Belbe, Corrupted Observer. You ping everyone and cast big spells with the mana. The ideal starting hand is 2 land in your colors, something that can hit each opponent early, and big stuff to cast on turn 3 if possible. Draw power also helps a ton since you tend to run out of steam fast if you aren't careful. There are a few minor politics themes to incentivize hurting your opponents with the extra mana they might get. Any suggestions are welcome, but I'm trying to keep the cost relatively low.
