I have Twisted Image, which is only useful with a card that allows direct damage, as I cannot afford to be blocked by a creature with my creature being 0 Toughness.

Interactions with Twisted Image

Asking about the rulings, if I use Aegis of the Heavens and Twisted Image, the first goes into effect, then the latter. Also, if I use Access Tunnel before I cast Twisted Image, it works.
