This is an azorius control deck for casual. I made this when I pulled a Control Win Condition in my last mystery booster draft. The deck-building restriction is the following: for each "utility" (win condition, utility planeswalker, wrath, removal), I have to use the second-best (or worst) option (for this Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile are the same card, as well as Ponder and Brainstorm). If there is only 1 option, then I run only one copy of that card. No sideboard because this is casual.
