This is a controll wizard tribal type deck with Azami, Lady of Scrolls as its commander. It aims to win by using one of its many combos to eventually deck out, win by milling the opponent. A secondary win could be to draw most of the deck, create infinite tokens.

It could also play full on controll, just try to stop other players from doing anything major. Its mostly just to adapt to what u feel will give u the biggest advantage.

Cerulean Wisps into Insight. Insight is honestly abit like a budget version of Rhystic Study. When over 50% of decks are playing green it means this thing pratically always gives value. (outdated)

Island into Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx While it certainly isnt a cheap upgrade shrine to nykthos synergies quite well with the deck.

Naru Meha, Master Wizard is a very strong combo card. Espically when it comes to budget decks. She can even be used outside combo at times to replicate counterspells or other draw effects if needed.

Instant/sorcerys

Foil In most decks one usally isnt running enough blue in the deck or enough card draw to run Foil. That is however not the case for azami in which it is an amazing counterspell.

Abjure 1 mana counterspells are always welcome. Its condition is very minor when most creatures have extinguished their value by being played.

Disrupt I would think of disrupt more like a cantrip then strictly a counterspell. It does however have the potenial to either completely shutdown a spell or slow down the opponets turn. This makes it an okay spell in the deck.
