This mono-black commander inspires me. Props to the Johnny from the Trinisphere for the inspiration. See what I have built. The win conditions require Ayara, First of Locthwain on the battlefield.

Win Condition 1 Gravecrawler + Pitiless Plunderer + Viscera Seer or any other free sac outlet. Wins games when the commander is out.

Win Condition 2 Ashnod's Altar + Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder + Nim Deathmantle or any other creature that creates tokens as an ETB effect. One can substitute out Sling-Gang Lieutenant or Priest of Gix for the Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder . It produces the same winning effect.

Win Condition 3 Plague of Vermin , because why not? This is a black deck.
