Combo Lost Legacy with Rat Colony and Psychic Corrosion to trigger a 50 card discard from each opponent when you exile all of your rats. This happens between turns 4-6 if you mulligan well. Since every combo piece costs three mana, Dimir Machinations let's you find them when you need them. For a budget option take out the shocklands and replace them with swamps and a Dimir Cluestone.

The best part about this deck is that you're statistically more likely to have your combo pieces in hand by turn four than not, even without using Dimir Machinations. This gives some consistency of pace often lacking in combo decks.

This deck was budget focussed so I didn't include shocklands in the first iteration. Having realised that even with those lands it's a pretty budget deck by modern standards I have put them in to increase the availability of blue Mana for a turn 3 Psychic Corrosion.
