This is the Zendikar Rising Commander Deck Sneak Attack, upgraded so massively that it's almost completely unrecognizable.

So what this deck now? We really leaned into the rogue theme and it is now an aggro deck. Get down your cheap rogues and hit hard and fast. The commander gives us fuel to keep going, assuming it isn't removed, and we have a few ways to double up or triple up the value (Spark Double and Quantum Misalignment). Ramp is hard to come by, but if you can spare the pressure to set up a Sword of the Animist, or a few rocks, or Dowsing Dagger, it will pay off massively.

The plan is to cut through all resistance and keep on attacking. Priority number 1 to remove is things that stop us from attacking such a Propaganda and it's variants. Unless someone else got a significantly faster start than us or we're setting up a Haunting Voyage, the most typical targets for our counterspells are board wipes. Most people don't know this, but in a deck in this archetype, if you untap with 4-5 rogues, you typically win, especially if one of them is Varragoth. The game plan at that point is to just chain extra turn spells together, keep drawing cards, and finish everyone off. After a lot of tuning and now that the win condition is chaining turns together, I would consider this deck solidly bracket 4.

This deck has really surprised me with just how strong it has become. It is most likely my 3rd or 4th strongest deck. Uninteracted with, it can win turn 5 consistently, and it has gotten off to good starts and won earlier. It has good interaction, some of the best card draw of any of my decks, and pretty decent resilency.

Updates Add

IN: Roaming Throne, Careful Study

OUT: Zareth San, the Trickster, Enigma Thief

I've had a copy of Roaming Throne sitting in my collection for a while, and I must admit it would be absolutely incredible in this deck. There are SO MANY triggered abilities, even aside from the commander. Zareth San usually doesn't get casted because he's not on game plan. I've had other cards on my eye for the chopping block as well. Enigma Thief; It's in the deck for things like Sphere of Safety and Zendikar Resurgent, but it mostly just sits in my hand. Tinybones, the Pickpocket for kind of the same reason as Zareth; his ability is good but not on game plan. Looter il-kor, because is one of the worst looters the deck has on offer.
