A little note - this is primarily a prototype. The actual deck is not in this state yet, and I'm missing a lot of cards, and some of the cards on the list that probably don't fit are really only there because I do have them.

The essentials are the same as any mono-white deck - overcoming white's two biggest weaknesses of Draw Power (Land Tax + Scroll Rack ) and Mana Generation ( Caged Sun , Extraplanar Lens , Endless Horizons , etc.) in order to get the good stuff on the field quick, then protecting it by summoning Avacyn preferably by the end of turn 4 or 5 if need be (make sure you can protect her with the Swiftfoot Boots ).

Once Avacyn is on the field, the game changes. You can utilize your board wipes and essentially win via Commander damage if you really want to, or you can play a lifegain game (notice how there are only two creatures that aren't angels, and they both have lifegain - Felidar Sovereign is a win condition). Failing those, you could just keep accumulating mana until you have enough to burn on a massive army via Finale of Glory multiplied by Divine Visitation or even Entreat the Angels - both of which are double effective if you have Anointed Procession .

Going forward, I'm looking for higher synergy while still keeping the salt level of the deck a bit low and the strategies still similar. There's even another board wipe that I considered putting in ( Ravnica at War ) because it would literally only affect opponents, but it's extremely situational usefulness kept it off the list.
