This is my second EDH deck, which is definitely a work in progress, and feedback / card suggestions will be greatly appreciated. My first one is a Sliver EDH, although that is a WIP too (still need Overlord, Sliver Legion and Sliver Queen.)

EDH/Commander: Atraxa, Praetors' Voice

I want to focus on counters, and on mending Bruna, the Fading Light and Gisela, the Broken Blade into Brisela, Voice of Nightmares, and using Rule of Law to limit the opponent's actions as much as possible. Additionally, this Aura of Silence card seems like a good option to retain in even more control over what your opponents can cast.

Additionally, you can use Atraxa, Praetors' Voice to seriously mill your opponents with Grindclock, and finish them off with Sadistic Sacrament, to maximize the saltiness.
