This deck is ALL about the commander, Atla Palani, Nest Tender. The basic way it works is you ramp a little to get fixing and hopefully play Atla by turn three, then, you make as many eggs as possible as quickly as possible, sometimes by using useful untapped effects like Act of Heroism and Ornamental Courage. Then, once you have three or more eggs, you bomb your board with a small damage spell, like Rain of Embers. This causes a multi-trigger of Atla's ability, which quickly finds you a multitude of powerful creatures that you can give haste with cards like Fervor. This deck is also loaded with spells that can protect your Atla and maybe some powerful creatures by giving them hexproof. Use these to keep Atla alive, build up some eggs, blast your creatures, then swing for massive amounts of damage to crush most other decks in a 1v1 game!
