2021 Major Overhaul!

Asmira, Holy Avenger believes that death is just another beginning.

I took Asmira, Holy Avenger out of another EDH deck and decided maybe it was time she had a deck of her own. Humans and reanimator are the main themes, although there are now Knight and Angel sub-themes as well.

All in all, the point of this deck is lots of low-cost humans, lots of reanimator, and payoffs. Asmira can go voltron and be equipped with goodies like Skyblinder Staff, Executioner's Hood, or Prowler's Helm to make her virtually unblockable. The deck's true stars are Livio, Oathsworn Sentinel for her ability to exile and return a bunch of creatures at once (Goldnight Commander will love it) and Angel of Glory's Rise for her ability to return all humans from your grave to the battlefield. There is definitely room in here for some boardwipes, but I don't prefer to run them in my decks. Otherwise, lots of Human tribal synergy, lots of fun, for not lots of cash.
