Hello, and welcome to my Ashaya primer! Ashaya, Soul of the Wild is the quintessential Green commander. It turns all your creatures into Forest, ramping you harder then a solid metal bar, while getting bigger then a water balloon attached to a fire hose.

Ashaya is a new, powerful commander that came out of Zendikar Rising, and immediately got broken. There are all sorts of combos with Ashaya, like Ley Weaver, Hope Tender, Argothian Elder, etc. If you sneeze on Ashaya, you'll probably end up with infinite mana. While you're not comboing off, you're casting the biggest of bois, the likes of which have never been seen, like the notorious Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger. You won't have any friends, but hey, what's friendship compared to those sweet sweet wins?
