Urza, Lord High Artificer is a vary versatile commander that allows for various combos. You can use the 0 cost mana artifacts likeDarksteel Relic to tap for a blue mana. Like card:mox saphire! The deck tries to focus a lot on trying to get Static Orb or Winter Orb because when it's tour turn you can tap them for a blue and untap your lands.Howling Mine can be tapped for a blue assuring you to get the extra card and not one of the opponents. There's an infinite mana combo there: for it two work you need 3 other artifacts, Sol Ring would reduce that to 2,Isochron Scepter, and Dramatic Reversal on your graveyard. Paying the two mana cost using artifacts ,tapping an extra one to have a blue floating and activating Isochron Scepter will untap all your artifacts so you would have won a blue. So repeating this will grant you infinite mana. Tolarian Academy isn't here because of it's price if you have enough money for it: go ahead include it in the deck
