Low cost ally creatures with special effects. Rack up damage in early game when defenses are low, and late game when you have a ton of creatures on the board. Panharmonicon makes it so you can trigger effects twice. Doubling Chant can turn the tide of a game if you have a few allies on the field.

Your sideboard is utilized to attempt to give your creatures hexproof; at the very least, try to take some heat off your favorite Allys. Other than that, included is some spot creature removal for tricky creatures.

I'd swap out one or two Unclaimed Territory and three to four Island/Plains for a single forest and up to four copies of Prismatic Vista to possibly try and make the deck more consistent. Alas my only copies of Prismatic are tied up in my Multi-snipe (2) deck.
