Made this about a year ago on a different website and just rediscovered it. I made it quickly so it is definitely not an optimised version.

The overall game plan is simple. Ramp turn 1 and 2, play commander turn 3, play huge threats turn 4 and wreck face

Keep in mind : its not always the best idea to get all the counters off of arix as quick as possible. When playing against control especially, try to ramp out a few fatties and then just ride them out for a few turns. with this deck it is important to read the board state and react to it. With many different big creatures that all do different things, there is often always a creature that will have a huge positive impact on the game.

Possible upgrades: obviously, the mana rock package can be upgraded. Mana crypt, grim monolith, sure, go crazy. Beyond that, I dont have many specific recommendations for replacement, becuase I was mostly looking for budget pieces. I'm sure you can find some rather easily though

This deck has very little 4 mana cards, because 95% of the time, Arixmethes is the best 4 mana drop early in the game. The card just accelarates you so quickly it is insane

Combos : this deck has two combos that are 2 cards combos with Arix. Both are very easy to pull of, but are easy to respond too so it is best to makesure you have protection when activating it. The first combo is with Pemmin's Aura and arixmethes, sumbering isle himself. It is pretty self explanatory. Attach the aura to arix, tap arix for many, activate pemmin's aura to untap arix, net 1 green mana. And repeat. This combo generates infinite green mana. The second combo is exactly the same, except using freed from the reel.

Because this deck is a early prototype that is not optimized, I am open to recomendations and suggestions. Please to not hesitate to ask quations or make suggestions in the comments. Thanks everyone
