This deck came about due to one of my favorite black cards of all time- Gray Merchant of Asphodel. It just is such a fun card! So I thought, why not run it in Aristocrats! The problem with that though is there are not enough black symbols for it to work. So, then you just run black! This shell kind of works as a mono-black devotion deck, but works well with the Aristocrat shell. All you do is run some sac sources, have some way to get some of the creatures back, and voila! You get this.
