Basically you control the game by countering any threats that might effect you and you drop artifacts to increase the amount your islands tap for then you drop arcanis with something like Pemmin's Aura and draw your entire deck with Psychosis Crawler or Laboratory Maniac to win. I have a kaalia deck that has about double the money into it although this deck is by far more competitive than it for some reason, tbh I usually win with this deck no matter what unless the entire table instantly agrees to kill me before I have a chance to do anything but that rarely every happens.

Fun combos: Arcanis the Omnipotent + Mind Over Matter with these two out it gives you infinite card draw and mana, you have infinite life with Elixir of Immortality and infinite damage with Psychosis Crawler

Arcanis the Omnipotent + Illusionist's Bracers + Aphetto Alchemist = infinite card draw.

Vapor Snag has about 45-50 kill counts lol.
