this deck is my baby for a few months now and It's almost refined (for a budget deck) It has a few infinite combos and as usual with blue, it's goal is to deck others or yourself and win through combo

INFINITE WIN CONS

Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake = infinite mana/untap lands

Deadeye Navigator + Great Whale = infinite mana/untap lands

mana rock + Illusionist's Bracers equipped to Aphetto Alchemist = infinite mana/permanent untap

infinite mana + Blue Sun's Zenith or Mind Spring = infinite mill or draw

Codex Shredder + Illusionist's Bracers equipped to Aphetto Alchemist = infinite mill

Arcanis the Omnipotent + Pemmin's Aura = pretty much just Ancestral Recall on demand

Arcanis the Omnipotent + Mind Over Matter = infinite draw

Azami, Lady of Scrolls + Mind Over Matter = infinite mill

Azami, Lady of Scrolls + Pemmin's Aura = hand cycle/sculpt

Spell Crumple into Tunnel Vision causes opponent to mill everything except countered card

infinite mana from Deadeye Navigator into Archaeomancer (and flicker) play any spell as many time as you want.

Arcanis the Omnipotent + Aphetto Alchemist paired with Illusionist's Bracers = infinite card draw. (same for azami)

Mind Over Matter and Jace's Archivist + 1 blue producing permanent = infinite wheeling (all players discarding hand and drawing equal to biggest hand size)

infinite mana from Deadeye Navigator + Capsize = bounce all your opponent's field.

NON INFINITE WIN CONS

Leveler + Laboratory Maniac

Jace, Memory Adept milling to death (unlikely)

Psychosis Crawler dealing damage to death using draw spells or arcanis/azami + wizards

Jace's Archivist discarding and drawing for Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Laboratory Maniac

Bribery your opponents for a better win condition.

Traumatize into Fraying Sanity or Keening Stone = mill opponents out of cards
