Arcades, the Strategist - Toughness/Blink

In this Deck, toughness matters. You play a couple of walls with a low CMC, draw a bunch of cards thanks to Arcades and when someone tries to wipe the board, you blink/flicker them. Adding a blink/flicker mechanic to this Deck allows you to draw many cards when you seem to be running out of gas. Thanks to the toughness matters theme, several selective board wipes will allow you to wipe your opponents board while maintaining your own board presence.
