Turbo fog, but one of the turbo pieces is Rites of Flourishing to also ramp up to a quick-ish Approach of the Second Sun win. You can still kind of mill people out by just forcing them to draw cards, but that gives them plenty of time to find sources of damage that aren't blocked by your fogs.

Don't fog until you need them; against red decks, that can be a lot earlier than you might think because in maindeck, only Angel's Grace and Dawn Charm can save you from burn.

The sideboard isn't entirely fleshed out; Leyline of Sanctity gives you an out against burn and discard spells (and should probably be maindeck right now in a competitive meta), The Wanderer prevents burn and can nuke some large creatures if you run out of fogs, Luminarch Ascension is an alternate win condition for when Approach and slow mill don't work (like blue decks).

Adding in blue would probably make the deck stronger. Good choices are Swan Song , Dictate of Kruphix , Supreme Verdict . Even a sideboard Dispel could be worth it against casual burn spells - we do run four rainbow lands.
