Panharmonicon isn't a fun card. I have a friend who plays a Panharmonicon deck and it is really unfun to play against. I've always liked the concept of a Torpor Orb deck, so I made this list. I opted to play dimir, but white versions can also do well with cards like Tocatli Honor Guard and Hushwing Gryff. The deck is much cheaper without the lands, especially with the fancy Secret Lair basics, if you're interested in a budget alternative.
