I've made many reiterations of Hapatra as a commander. Most of my decks are fundamentally the same deck with a few cards interchanged. This is another example. Lots of control for a token deck with the ability to place -1/-1 counters at instant speed, making opponents creatures smaller while providing deathtouch protection. Fun and fairly affordable.
