Competitive build with the following win possibilities: infinite mana with:

• Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal
• Palinchron + Phantasmal Image/Nyxbloom Ancient

both kill with Ashiok, Dream Render and Abrupt Decay or Assassin's Trophy for destroying the whole board and then controlling the opponent's draws with Noxious Revival

Idea: trade Tasigur, the Golden Fang into Nyxbloom Ancient via Birthing Pod,Neoform or Eldritch Evolution and control the game with tasigur until you get to Palinchron via the aforementioned cards.

Another combo is Ominous Seas together with Greater Good that will draw your deck and get you to dramatic scepter while Greater Good on its own will greatly help filter cards together with Tasigur, the Golden Fang and even get some cards to the bin to help delve in your commander.

NOTE: This is sort of a budget list since my playgroup doesn't play superexpensive cards
