I've been on a budget, and wanted a cheap and fun new Commander deck, and found Anax and Cymede. With no card exceeding a 3 dollar market price (except a windswept heath i had lying around), this deck is ultra-budget and ultra-fun.

I may update the deck after a bit of play-testing. If i do so, i will keep the changes to a budget.

If you have any suggestions, any solid cheap cards i might've missed, or some additions that exceed the budget - but are incredible additions - please let me know!
