Aminatou plus a number of other cards allows players to infinitely flicker any permanent which has an effective ability to win the game. Wanna deal damage? Easy. Wanna exile libraries? No problem. Wanna tutor for a tutor which tutors for a flicker, to get double etb's, to recur creatures to infinitely take turns? Yeah it does that too.
