This is my attempt at a 5c Alternate Win Conditions deck.

Besides 8 color fixing cards, 2 board wipes, 2 counterspells and a Heroic Intervention, every other cards directly provides a route to an alter win-con.

Kenrith, the Returned King not only provides a 5-color commander, his abilities also directly help with many of the alternate win-cons. His abilities can help with combat-damage-matters (Atemsis, All-Seeing, Hellkite Tyrant), life gain (Felidar Sovereign, Test of Endurance), +1 counters (Simic Ascendancy) and can even bring back Laboratory Maniac if he's been Morality Shifted already. Oh, and he provides card draw too.

Number of alternate win-cons: 23

Notable exceptions:

Demonic Consultation and Thassa's Oracle: Yeah, but then people might think this is a cEDH deck.
Coalition Victory: Banned in EDH.
Mortal Combat: Can't find a way to include 20 creatures in the deck without compromising on other win-cons. Working to add it in.
Battle of Wits: I might eventually make this into a 200+ card deck and include at least 20 creatures with enough demons for Liliana's Contract.
Chance Encounter: No coin flipping in the deck - it's in my Zndrsplt/Okaun deck though.

Win-cons & support cards:

Atemsis, All-Seeing & Approach of the Second Sun: Nothing fancy, they pretty much can win on their own if they can stick around and if I survive long enough.

Azor's Elocutors, Helix Pinnacle & Darksteel Reactor: Extra turns/upkeep steps. Doubling Season and proliferate. Paradox Haze, Planewide Celebration

Biovisionary: Rite of Replication for a 2-card combo

Barren Glory: Renounce and hopefully no other cards in hand

Celestial Convergence, Felidar Sovereign, Test of Endurance: Just need to gain life. Renounce, Approach of the Second Sun, Kenrith, the Returned King, Planewide Celebration

Epic Struggle: Token makers and Doubling Season can make this happen eventually. Saheeli, Sublime Artificer, Tezzeret, Artifice Master, Vraska, Relic Seeker, Field of the Dead

Happily Ever After: Just need to cast our stuff and hope we have some incidental life-gain. Morality Shift helps too as it'll get pretty much everything into the graveyard. Planewide Celebration, Sphinx of the Guildpact and Child of Alara can instantly get all 5 colors too.

Hellkite Tyrant and Mechanized Production: Get as many artifacts as possible! Saheeli, Sublime Artificer, Tezzeret, Artifice Master, Brass's Bounty, Smothering Tithe.

Jace, Wielder of Mysteries & Laboratory Maniac: One-Shot Self-Mill. Morality Shift (only works well if your graveyard has very few cards in it!), Doomsday, Leveler

Liliana's Contract: Arcane Adaptation & Conspiracy

Maze's End: Search up some gates. Open the Gates, Elvish Rejuvenator, Circuitous Route, Crop Rotation

Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God: Doubling Season. Ult him.

Revel in Riches: Treasure makers. Treasure Map  , Brass's Bounty, Smothering Tithe, Mechanized Production, Vraska, Relic Seeker

Near-Death Experience: Leave yourself at 1 life. Vraska, Relic Seeker, Angel's Grace, Stunning Reversal

Simic Ascendancy, Mayael's Aria: +1 counters, proliferate. Kenrith, the Returned King, Planewide Celebration, Doubling Season
