First attempt at a Memnarch Monoblue EDH Commander deck.

Deck relies on mana ramping to Memnarch and using cards like Heartstone to activate his ability for cheaper, while also using Mycosynth latice and Liquimetal Coating to make enemy cards artifacts to steal even cheaper.

Alternative win condition card is Mechanized Production, which can be stacked with Masterful Replication and a variety of other artifact cloning cards for a victory on the same turn midgame.

Deck also includes utility, with factory cards like Prototype Portal able to pump out manarocks / creatures / anything you need, invincibility with Darksteel Forge and tutors like Treasure/Trinket/Trophy mage able to get out impactful artifacts that can even be recurred with Riptide laboratory.

There are many strategies and combos that can be used with this deck and I invite comments and criticism alike on how to improve it. Keep in mind this is a casual EDH deck and I do not want to include ridiculously expensive cards.
