This was a deck I developed for 1v1 EDH play. It is designed for speed and is rather straight forward.

Strategy:Rafiq comes out on turns 2 or 3 gets big quick and kills quick. Sometimes he can kill on turns 3 or 4. If he only eats removal once, you will have the mana to get him out again either on the same turn or the turn after. Mana should never ever be an issue.
