A casual-leaning Alela build featuring a mix of everything the commander cares about, with a dash of faerie tribal.

The deck wins by beating the opponent down with flyers. Pump effects like Alela herself, Empyrean Eagle , Favorable Winds , Dictate of Heliod , Scion of Oona and Spear of Heliod as well as Eidolon of Countless Battles and Mace of the Valiant help speed up the clock. Magister Sphinx also helps with quickly taking out opponents with high life totals.

Alela is the main token producer. Additional token sources are Bitterblossom , Oona, Queen of the Fae , Sacred Mesa , Faerie Formation and Sigil of the Empty Throne . Anointed Procession doubles the token output, and Oona's and Faerie Formation 's activated abilities (as well as Spectral Sailor 's carddraw) become especially efficient with Training Grounds out.

There are some pillowfort elements with Propaganda and Dictate of Erebos . The latter can also be used aggressively when saccing Faerie tokens for cards with Skullclamp .

Cloudstone Curio allows for some powerful (but fair) synergies. With Curio on the battlefield, the faerie tokens produced by Alela (or other token sources) can bounce value creatures such as Mulldrifter , Cloudblazer , Duplicant , Agent of Erebos and Baleful Strix . In tandem with Sigil of the Empty Throne and some other cheap enchantments, it also allows for a constant stream of 4/4 angels.
