All souls can be twisted to something other then their intended form.

This deck has two main mechanics; token generation/repurposing, and life gain/depletion.

Token generation/repurposing primarily works through turning lower tier tokens into 4/4 angels with flying and vigilance. Alela's ability to produce tokens when playing artifacts and enchantments is the starting foundation of this deck. Paired with Divine Visitation, simple faeries 1/1 faeries will turn into 4/4 angels. Combined with Court of Grace, Griffin Aerie(enabled by the life gain portion of this deck), Dawn of Hope, finale of glory, mirrormade (on court of grace ideally), and Thalisse.. growth of your angel host will start to grow exponentially. Combined with various anthems, and Sephara in your frontline, your angelic host will both grow in size and strength. Life gain in this deck works very well with token generation with daxos and soul warden.. with fountain of renewal, ill-gotten inheritance being a couple passive per turn increases. All increases are then buffed by angel of vitality and boon reflection. Vito of the dusk rose combined with Sanguine Bond then turns all that life gain into direct life depletion on the target player. On-top of all that, Sorin makes all attacks have life link which then further feeds into boon reflection/angel of vitality which throws that increased amount of life back at a player.

Most of the blues in this deck are cancels and ways to draw cards out faster to get either engines running as quick as possible. Jace, Kasmina, Dawn of Hope, magic mirror, clear the mind, bident of thassa, Teferi's ageless insight.. are just some of the cards. Other cards in this deck, such as murderous rider, lawbinder's, and banishing light help to slow the other players down; along with Kasmina and Teferi's passive abilities.

CONCERNS As I play test this deck more, I realize that there are several cards that I am debating switching out but am not entirely sure of; Rise to glory, Ajani's pridemate, Gideon's company, Gadwick, and clear the mind. Rise to glory: I only a few creature cards in my deck and none of them are game changing impacts. Ajani and Gideon's company go well with the life gain portion of the deck, but don't benefit from many of my flyer anthems. Clear the mind is.. meh.. a 1 card draw for 3 mana but I get to load my graveyard into my deck again. Gadwick is also meh, but I am limited by card limit to really justify the mana cost. I definitely want to sub in Faerie Formation for the added token generation, maybe swap preordain with clear the mind. Skycat and Windstorm both buff flyers. Danse of the Manse is enchantment insurance.. I'l probably swap Rise to Glory out with it. Heraldic banner with Prophetic Prism too I think. Time Wipe, followed by clear the mind.. could be good too.
